Meet Ellie Seilern, CEO
I’m Ellie Seilern, a teacher, speaker, mentor, and guide in the realms of Energy Alchemy, Soul Leadership, and Sacred Business. As the CEO and Chief Culture Maker of Deva Alchemy Academy, I lead a global education and training company dedicated to helping visionary entrepreneurs align their businesses with the essence of their souls.
My work is devoted to supporting founders, leaders, and visionaries in expressing their soul’s highest vision through their businesses and lives. I teach refined energy alchemy practices, powerful frameworks, and transformational technologies that empower my clients to partner with their business’s Deva—the soul of their enterprise—allowing them to lead with integrity, joy, and purpose.
With over 15 years of deep study in quantum energy healing, plant medicine, somatics, and psychology—combined with two decades of diverse entrepreneurial experience—I bring a grounded, practical, and expansive approach to energy alchemy. I create spaces of sovereignty, safety, and profound growth, where my clients can clear energetic blocks, reconnect with their creative flow, and build offerings that create lasting change.
I believe that human Genius is a force for joyful, systemic change and that business, when approached as a sacred endeavor, can be a powerful vessel for healing, wholeness, and meaningful contribution. At Deva Alchemy Academy, I anchor the science and magic of energy alchemy into an embodied practice, redefining business as a path to soul-aligned leadership and impact.
Before stepping into my role as a mentor and guide, I built a successful career in the music industry, co-founding the record label Piano Classics and producing studio albums. My journey has also led me through ventures in regenerative farming and the wellness industry, all of which have informed my holistic approach to business and leadership.
Through my work, I help leaders cultivate a deeper connection to their mission, release limiting patterns, and step fully into their power—so they can create businesses that not only thrive but transform lives, including their own.
Meet Hiro Boga, Founder
Hiro is a pioneer in the field of conscious entrepreneurship, holistic, transformative business, energy alchemy, and soul-inspired creativity — having helped thousands of clients and students reclaim joy, freedom, success and creative sovereignty in their businesses and their lives, over a career spanning more than 40 years.
A writer, business strategist and master teacher of transformation and energy alchemy, Hiro developed Deva Alchemy Academy out of a desire to provide accessible education, tools, and techniques to visionary entrepreneurs who want to shape a world in which soul and creativity, purpose and prosperity work together to build a world that supports all life.
Upon realising it was time to retire from the business, Hiro approached Ellie, who had been mentoring with Hiro in learning and applying the Deva Alchemy techniques and tools to her own business and life, to see if there was an opportunity to transfer ownership and stewardship to her.
After several months of attuning together to the soul of the business and the deva of Deva Alchemy, the acquisition of the company was complete, and Ellie took over as CEO and Chief Culture-Maker. Hiro still serves in an advisory role, offering behind-the-scenes strategic planning and business mentoring to support the continued growth and evolution of Deva Alchemy under Ellie’s leadership.
