I’m Ellie Seilern, CEO + Chief Culture Maker at Deva Alchemy Academy.

I work with Founders, Leaders, CEOs and Visionaries looking to supercharge their leadership with rarified, high-level skills and technologies, and express their Soul’s vision in business and beyond.

My approach to applied energy alchemy is grounded, practical and fun! After 15 years of study, practise and experience of quantum energy healing, plant medicine, somatics and psychology, as well as 20 years of business and entrepreneurial experience, I hold a space of sovereignty, safety and profound transformation.

I created The Field because I wanted to work closely with a small circle of brilliant Leaders, helping them customise and implement Deva Alchemy's multidimensional tools in a way that cannot be done in a larger group setting — or even within a 1-to-1 context.

This unique container offers the personalisation and intimacy of private mentorship, with the power, connection and creative momentum of a peer group. Each member will be hand-selected to ensure cohesion, camaraderie and complementary Genius and acumen.

  • The Field will begin on 2nd September 2024 and finish on 30th March 2025.

  • Live calls are currently planned for Thursdays at 5pm UK time; however, this may be adjusted sightly if needed depending on the primary location of most of the group members.

  • Around 90 mins: to include a live teaching, practises and Q+A time.

  • Absolutely. And they will be uploaded into the membership portal immediately for lifetime access along with any additional resources we work with during the container.

  • This program is suited to established entrepreneurs, founders, leaders and business owners. A lot of the work will focus on refinement and adjustment of existing offerings, systems and structures, so you need to have those in place in order to get the most out of this program.

    That said, the program is suited to you whether you've been running your business solo or with a team, big or small. The fundamentals will apply to you no matter the size of your business.

  • Not at all. This program will teach you how to transform the foundational structures within your business (both energetic and physical) and these practises can be applied to whatever kind of business you are in.
